In her current role as AVP, she held a prominent role in the opening and development of our TCB’s new Jamaica Plain branch. She enjoys being part of the communities that TCB serves and building long-lasting personal relationships with customers. Khepra currently serves as a board member for the Parkway YMCA and the Roslindale Village Main Streets. She is also a member of Kiwanis International, the Parkway Rotary, and West Roxbury Business Professionals.

Mimoza Gojashi is the AVP and Branch Manager of the Roslindale branch of The Cooperative Bank. She has been with The Cooperative Bank for 13 years holding various positions within the retail department. Mimoza has a strong track record of collaboration and teamwork, creating connections, and coaching her team to success. She is very involved in the community as a proud member of the Greater Roslindale Health Center and Sophia Snow Place. Tom has 30 years of banking experience in the Boston area that he brings to his role of Branch Manager in the Charlestown Office. Having held every position from teller to manager, Tom has a hands-on approach when working with staff and customers alike. Tom holds a bachelor’s degree in Office Administration with a minor in Accounting from Salem State College, as well as a Certificate in Banking from the New England School of Banking at Williams College. He holds a seat on many local boards and committees, including the Charlestown Historical Society, the Bunker Hill Monument Association, Friends of Ryan “Duce” Morrissey Scholarship Foundation, and the Friends of Memorial Hall Veterans.
