Not happy with our service?
Should you have any complaints concerning the Bank's consumer services, you are urged to call the Bank and ask to speak to a Branch Manager or, in the Manager's absence, with the Assistant Branch Manager. Every effort will be made to address and resolve your problem on the phone. If after the call, you are still not satisfied please use our complaint form. Complete the form and drop it off to the nearest branch or mail it to the Consumer Complaint Office at the Bank's address above. We will investigate your complaint and deliver to you a written explanation of its findings within three business days after the conclusion of its investigation, but in no event later than thirty (30) days after receipt of your written complaint.
