Senior Loan Processor 

The Cooperative Bank (TCB) has a great full-time opportunity for an experienced loan processor!  Reporting directly to the Assistant Vice President of Loan Origination at our corporate headquarters in the heart of Roslindale Village, the incumbent will work with applicants, the Sales Team, Underwriter and senior management to ensure all new loan applications are efficiently processed and delivered to Underwriting in a timely and accurate manner.

Qualifications:

  • Successful candidates will possess at a minimum 5 years of experience in mortgage loan processing,
  • knowledge of RESPA and secondary market guidelines,
  • the ability to source information to analyze atypical cases (AllRegs, PMI Guide(s), Investor & Vendor Contacts, etc.) 
  • courteous and effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Fiserve Easy Lender and Mortgagebot preferred but not necessary.

Human Resource Assistant

The Cooperative Bank (TCB) seeks a Human Resources Assistant.  The position reports directly to the President and CEO and you will be assisting in the daily administration of the Human Resources function at the Bank, in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Qualified candidates will have 1 - 2  years of administrative/office experience performing a range of clerical tasks and must have familiarity with Human Resources functions and processes. The position requires excellent interpersonal skills along with a high degree of ethics and the ability to deal with people in a professional and confidential manner.  In addition, the qualified candidate must be computer literate with a working knowledge of MS Word and Excel; have the ability to learn new programs, as needed; and have oral and written business communication skills. Other required qualifications include the ability to prioritize and organize workflow; the ability to perform with attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy; and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
